How can I present my project at FEAST?

Approximately a month before each FEAST event, an open call is announced. Submit your project using the online form available on our website. After the open call deadline, the organisers will choose 4 projects based on the following criteria:

 

Creativity & Innovation – We look for original ideas and/or projects, developed in or developing the creative economy of the city.

 

Community Impact – The projects should address or be of interest to the community funding it.

 

Sustainability & Administrative Skill – The projects should be fully considered and feasible. The applicants should be capable of executing the project based on the description.

 

What is expected of me during the presentation?

It is essential that you present a solid, well-thought through idea or project. Be ready to answer any question regarding specific details and the development of the project. This way you will increase your chances of winning!

 

What else can I do to increase my chances of winning?

Talk to your friends, colleagues and acquaintances about FEAST. Their presence at the event translates into more votes for your project, therefore more chances for you to win. Don’t forget that you are required to show up at the event and present your project. Finally, you will be asked to attend the next FEAST and let us and guests know about the development of the project.

 

If my submission is not selected can I resubmit at a future FEAST event?

Yes! We can only present 4 projects per event. In case your project is not selected, feel free to resubmit it at the next FEAST Open Call. Should you need any further information, please contact us at feast.thessaloniki@gmail.com.
